
Colin Colter
Colin is a Senior Research Analyst primarily focusing on the safe use of data and technology in financial services. Previously, he consulted with The World Bank, supporting countries as they built real-time digital payments systems. He has led seed-stage fintech investments for a social impact venture capital fund, supported teams at the World Trade Organization working to provide small businesses with digital connections to international markets, and coordinated a research task force for the Atlantic Council to advance the cross-border payments roadmap. He previously supported U.S. federal and global government relations for a tier-one research university. Colin has a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a bachelor’s from Duke University.
