Nancy Castillo

Nancy Castillo joins FinRegLab as the Chief Operating Officer, leading the organization’s internal operations to support FinRegLab’s strategy and growth. She brings a passion for building high-impact teams, expertise in financial health, and experience in connecting ideas to action using holistic approaches. Prior to joining FinRegLab, Nancy was a senior leader at Financial Health Network, building the Operations and Program functions of the organization and leading the U.S. Financial Diaries, a multi-year research study to shed light on the financial lives of low- to moderate-income households nationwide. Nancy earned a Bachelor of Arts in political studies and Latin American studies with a minor in economics from Pitzer College, a member of The Claremont Colleges. As a Fulbright Scholar, she conducted research into the connections between remittances and economic development in Ecuador.
