Wendy Chao

Wendy Chao is Operations Manager at FinRegLab, where she oversees organizational operations, compliance, HR and payroll. With over 15 years of operations experience, she is focused on building efficient workflows and systems that support the organization's mission while maintaining strong financial and ethical oversight, bringing a consistent focus on cost optimization and integrity to her work.
Prior to joining FinRegLab, Wendy held operations roles at Beyond Us & Them and the Silverlake Independent Jewish Community Center (SIJCC), both in Los Angeles, as well as the University of Minnesota. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Marketing) from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
